The Procurement Department is responsible for purchasing all commodities and services required by the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority. Requirements are advertised in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and the Construction News. Most projects do not require pre-qualification. There may be a charge for bid documents, which is indicated in the advertisement. Some jobs require a mandatory pre-bid meeting, which would also be indicated in the advertisement. Bids are opened publicly.

Our hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Vendors are encouraged to call for an appointment, if you are interested in meeting with the Procurement Department staff.
