Update 06/02/21:
- PhilaPort Administrative Offices are back open with employees social distancing. Outside guests are limited and teleconferences instead of in-person meetings are encouraged as conference rooms at limited to number of persons allowed. We also encourage all guests to social distance and wash their hands if they do visit the offices and be sure to check-in with the guard on the first floor.
- All PhilaPort marine terminals remain open & operating as normal. We continue to monitor the situation in close cooperation with the USCG and CBP.

- PhilaPort Administrative Offices remain closed as per the Governor’s directive. During this time that the PhilaPort Administrative Offices are closed, PhilaPort employees who are able to telework are doing so.

3/19/2020: As a global gateway, our terminals will continue to operate as normal in cooperation with the Coast Guard & Customs to do our part in assisting however we can during these incredibly trying times. PhilaPort would like to thank the men & women of the Unions & our terminal operators, who keep our port moving day after day – also to our employees, USCG, CBP & the entire Philadelphia port community. LAST UPDATED (4/28/2020) The PhilaPort Administrative Offices located at 3460 N. Delaware Avenue, 2nd Floor will be closed effective 3/17/2020 UNTIL further notice.

TWIC activations and TWIC card services will be unavailable on 4/4
TWIC activations and TWIC card services (replacements and PIN resets) will be unavailable at all Universal Enrollment Centers from Friday, April 3, 2020, 10:00 PM Eastern time through Sunday, April 5, 2020, 11:55 PM Eastern time, due to necessary system maintenance. Enrollments for all programs will be unaffected, with the exception of comparability (reduced fee).
