From Points South Via I-95 North:

  • Follow I-95 North to Exit 25, Allegheny/Castor  Avenue
  • At the end of the ramp, make a right turn onto East Westmoreland Street. This road will curl around a ball field (0.2 mi)
  • At the stop sign, make a left turn onto Allegheny Avenue. (0.2 mi)
  • Follow Allegheny Avenue for approximately 0.2 mi. Crossing over railroad tracks marks the end of Allegheny Avenue. 
  • Make a left turn onto North Delaware Avenue and follow for approximately 0.5 mi
  •  Approximately 0.5 mi on your left, you will see the Port of Philadelphia Administration Building, a three story red brick building (3460 North Delaware Avenue). The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority is on the second floor.

 

From Points North Via I-95 South:

  • Follow I-95 South to Exit 25, Allegheny/Castor Avenue exit.
  • At the end of the ramp (traffic light), make a left turn onto Allegheny Avenue.
  • Follow Allegheny Avenue for approximately 0.2 mi. Crossing over railroad tracks marks the end of Allegheny Avenue. 
  • Make a left turn onto North Delaware Avenue and follow for approx 0.5 mi
  • Approximately 0.5 mi on your left, you will see the Port of Philadelphia Administration Building, a three story red brick building (3460 North Delaware Avenue). The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority is on the second floor.

 

From I-676 Vine Street Expressway:

  • Head West on I-676 West (0.4 mi)
  • Take the I-76 Exit toward the Ben Franklin Parkway (0.1 mi)
  • Turn Right onto North 22nd Street (253 ft)
  • Turn Left onto Park Towne Pl (0.2 mi)
  • Make a slight Left at North 24th Street (246 ft)
  • Take the ramp onto I-676/East Lincoln Highway (1.9 mi)
  • Take the Exit onto I-95 North toward Trenton (3.1 mi)
  • Follow I-95 North to Exit 25, Allegheny/Castor  Avenue

  • Pennsylvania Turnpike East to Exit 24 (I-76)
  • Schuylkill Expressway (East) to I-676
  • Merge onto I-95 North
