Rebuilding and Improving Interstate 95

PennDOT is working on a long-term, multi-phase initiative to rebuild and improve I-95 in Pennsylvania. Five major projects to reconstruct the interstate between the Interstate 676 and Cottman Avenue interchanges in Philadelphia are now in various stages of design or construction, including active construction projects at the Girard Avenue, Betsy Ross Bridge/Aramingo Avenue and Cottman Avenue interchanges.
