Notice to all PRPA contractors/vendors:

It is mandatory for any person requiring unescorted access onto the PRPA
facilities to possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential
(TWIC). The TWIC program is a federally mandated program that has been
initiated by the Transportation Security Administration and U.S. Coast Guard.
