Pursuant to the Right to Know Law of Pennsylvania, 65 P.S. 67.101 et seq., all requests for public information are to be made to Alexis Hemingway who has been designated by the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority as its Open-Records Officer pursuant to Section 502 (a) (1) of the Law.  She may be contacted at:

Pursuant to Section 1101 (a) (1) of the Law, if a written request for access to a record is denied  or deemed denied, the requester may file an appeal with the Office of Open Records within 15 business days of the mailing date of the agency’s response.  The Office of Open Records is located at 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120.

The attached form may be used to make a request under the Law.
