East Coast Warehouse (ECW) is the operator of the official US Customs Centralized Examination Station (CES) for The Port of Philadelphia. All intensive examinations for dry containers take place at ECW – located approx. 6 miles from PhilaPort’s Packer Avenue Marine Terminal.
