The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority requires all vendors to be registered vendors with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

It is mandatory for any person requiring unescorted access onto PhilaPort facilities to possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
