Right-To-Know Law Policy

Pursuant to the Right-To-Know Law of Pennsylvania, 65 P.S. 67.101 et seq., all requests for public information are to be made to the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority Open-Records Officer at: [email protected]

Pursuant to Section 1101 (a) (1) of the Law, if a written request for access to a record is denied or deemed denied, the requester may file an appeal with the Office of Open Records within 15 business days of the mailing date of the agency’s response. The Office of Open Records is located at 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120.
