Updates on COVID-19 relating to the Port of Philadelphia

PhilaPort Terminals are still OPEN for business as usual.*

PhilaPort Administration Offices located at 3460 N. Delaware Avenue are CLOSED and employees able to telework will be doing so effective March 17, 2020 until Tuesday, April 7, 2020.

We are currently are taking proactive steps to address several business concerns.

  • All PhilaPort marine terminals remain open & operating as normal.* We continue to monitor the situation in close cooperation with the USCG and CBP.

3/19/2020: As a global gateway, our terminals will continue to operate as normal in cooperation with the Coast Guard & Customs to do our part in assisting however we can during these incredibly trying times. PhilaPort would like to thank the men & women of the Unions & our terminal operators, who keep our port moving day after day – also to our employees, USCG, CBP & the entire Philadelphia port community.

  • PhilaPort is a landlord port, all terminal operators control their own terminal hours and procedures.* If you are concerned about any changes in operation at a specific PhilaPort terminal, please contact the terminal directly. You can find all PhilaPort Terminal Operator information here.


  • LAST UPDATED (3/24/2020) The PhilaPort Administrative Offices located at 3460 N. Delaware Avenue, 2nd Floor will be closed effective 3/17/2020 UNTIL 4/7/2020.
    • During this time that the PhilaPort Administrative Offices are closed, PhilaPort employees who are able to telework are doing so.
